Music Mix Demos
For my Project IV I mixed, created, and edited several versions of the song "Flawed" by Sunbreak. This is a metal core song that I chose because I love this style of music. Below you will find clips of the original song, as well as a few clips of variations I made. Enjoy!
Original Mix
This is the First mix I did with the song, using the original tracks I mixed it as closely as I could to the published recording. All of the following clips are from the same section in the song.
Variation 1
This was the first variation I made. This one I just used the mix stem I made that only had vocals and synths then I added in a new half time groove into the song.
Variation 2
This variation contains that same synth and vocal stem but has my own live bass guitar and electric guitars introduced into the mix. As well as new programmed drums to go along with the new instruments.
Variation 3
Variation 3 is a version I made using a mix stem of just the bass and vocals. This time introducing new sound effects as if this song was included into an movie.
